NoteMyPoint is an invite-only feedback service operated by Corepoint in Brisbane, Australia. This page explains, plainly, what information the service handles and what happens to it.
This website
This marketing site collects nothing. It has no analytics, no advertising, no trackers and sets no cookies. If you email us, we receive what you send and use it only to reply.
What the service stores
- Reviewer accounts — name and email address, provided when a developer invites a reviewer to a project. Reviewers set their own password, which is stored securely hashed.
- Feedback content — the text, screenshots and attachments a reviewer chooses to submit.
- Technical context — captured with each report to make it reproducible: the page URL and title, viewport size, browser user agent, any text selected on the page, and recent console errors and warnings from the page under review.
Cookies
The feedback panel sets a single session cookie so reviewers stay signed in. There are no third-party cookies and no cross-site tracking.
Where data lives
All data is stored on NoteMyPoint's own server in Sydney, Australia. Feedback is held separately from the applications under review.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share personal information, run advertising, or use the data for anything beyond operating the feedback service. Feedback content is visible to the project's administrator and, where a project enables it, read-only to that project's other reviewers.
The service sends transactional email only: reviewer invitations, requests for more information on a piece of feedback, and administrative notifications. No marketing lists, no newsletters.
Access and removal
Reviewers can see their own feedback history in the panel at any time. To correct or remove your account or data, email hello@notemypoint.com and we'll action it promptly.
